How MLM Changed My Life

Since I was 18 years old I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I always wanted to be self-employed and be the choreographer  of my own show. I just HAD it in me. The problem was I didn't know what  I was going to do with this need to "inspire & create" something of my own. So I tried A LOT of MLM businesses. I really believed each one would be my path to success & fulfillment . I tried Avon, Visalus, Pampered Chef ! Each one I put my whole heart into but none of them felt like the right fit.

The most recent MLM business I was apart of was Arbonne. That experience taught me a lot about business, but it taught me even more about MYSELF. I have nothing bad to say about Arbonne as a company or its products. The type of business just wasn't what I was yearning for. I will tell you what I learned from it though and HOW it changed my life.

Arbonne showed me that there was a lot of other women just like me out there ! Women who didn't want to settle for a mediocre life. Women who were passionate and driven. Women who wanted to make an impact on others and work towards something meaningful in their lives. Through Arbonne I met some amazing mentors that opened my eyes to a whole NEW way of thinking.

When I first started, my up line asked me "what are you reading ?"  What did she mean what was I reading ?!!! I just finished university for goodness sake I did not want to pick up a book. She gave me a few books and a few authors she liked. There's nothing mo,re powerful than handing a woman a book that speaks to her ! And this is when I discovered a little thing called Personal Growth.

When I first started reading these books from the "Self Help" section, I didn't really believe I needed to. " There's nothing wrong with me" I thought. Boy was I wrong. Theses books made me question everything I thought about myself and my relationships. They unveiled my fears, deep rooted emotions and showed me I had been living in a fear-based mindset for most of my life ! I began tuning into these fears and started to welcome a more loving mindset. I'm still on this journey, believe me ! But my mindset shifted astronomically in that year of reading.

I would have never been able to start my own business without facing some of my own fears and problems first! So I "get it" now. I continuously try to see what I can work on, not only for my business, but to grow as a person. It is so important if you want to move forward in life to be open to changing your perspective.

That's all I have for you today. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about my experience or speak about yours,

Kelsey xo
