Leave Room for Magic
It took me awhile to learn what the quote "Leave Room for Magic" really meant in my own life. I am a planner and I love to set goals, so when I plan my time there isn't much room to relax or be lazy. When you are busy and time is crucial to getting things done, being overwhelmed can feel like your new normal. Always answering emails or posting on social media when I'm standing in line for a coffee, multi tasking at home while preparing food or going great over my to-do list while driving. I try and use every moment possible to be productive! While this is a sign of ambition, it can also be exhausting and detrimental to my creativity.
So how do we leave room for magic, without feeling "unproductive" or like we are "wasting time?"
Well this does not mean you block off a bunch of time to just sit there and wait for inspiration to hit you in the face, it means making time to do the things that help initiate creativity and feed inspiration. It can also be as simple as taking sometime to breathe throughout the day whether it is meditating or just taking moments to soak up your experience and allow yourself to be calm and peaceful. Enjoy that first sip of coffee without checking your email, mindfully eat your meals, go for a walk and admire nature. Music can also be very helpful to change your energy and spark creative thinking.

How do you know if you are leaving room for magic?
You will feel less stressed and you will start noticing and appreciating small things throughout your day. You will meet new people and make new connections for business and even romantic relationships or friendships. You may lose track of time too since you are allowing yourself to become fully emersed in your experiences. In a world run by technology it can be difficult to take a break from our phones (especially with online businesses ), but I find I make better use of my time when I am living with a little room for magic because I am not overscheduling and understand that my creative time is a priority for my wellness and business.

Start tomorrow by discovering where and when the "magic" has been lost in your life. Are you taking on too much? Do you see your happiness and peacefulness as a priority? During which moments in the day do you need to check out and tune into your thoughts and emotions? What activities or places help you to mentally escape and unwind? Are there activities that are missing from your life that you could reintroduce?
It's a daily struggle for me to make room for magic, but I am getting better at recognizing when I have dipped into the low vibrancy that is not open to magic. I am learning to incorporate those high vibrancy thoughts and actions into my daily life and attract some awesome miracles and life changing people. It has started to happen already and that's why I'm sharing this new found info with all of you!

There's a fine line between leaving room for magic and just giving up a completely and hoping for a miracle. Your post made that fine line quite clear.
